She specializes in customized treatments for healing, recovery, and relaxation, including deep tissue, hot stone, myofascial scraping, manual lymphatic drainage, and prenatal massage. Outside of work, Angela enjoys reading, riding her motorcycle, and spending time with loved ones.

Toby is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a background in emergency medicine and medical aesthetics. She offers personalized services in aesthetics, weight loss management, urinary incontinence, wellness coaching, and hormone imbalance treatments.

Mary is a highly skilled massage therapist and graduate of the Southern California School of Massage. She offers a wide range of massage options, including therapeutic, Himalayan hot stone, prenatal, manual lymph drainage, and Reiki.

Krista holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Health from WKU and brings over 12 years of managerial experience to her role. Her background provides a unique perspective in coordinating front office operations at R+ Med Spa.

Trixie is an experienced Front Office Coordinator and Medical Assistant, bringing 15 years of expertise to our team. She graduated from Draughons Junior College and has licenses as both a certified nursing assistant and medical assistant. Trixie’s expertise extends to both front office and treatment room procedures, making her a valuable asset to our clients and team. With a genuine passion for helping others and bringing smiles to their faces, Trixie was inspired to pursue a career in healthcare. Outside of work, Trixie enjoys crafts, participating in church activities, and spending time with her family. She cherishes her children, Carlie and Tiffany, and her grandson, Jakson is the apple of her eye!

Alanna has been an Occupational Therapist for over 25 years, with a majority of this time at T.J. Regional Health serving her beloved community. She is clinically trained on an array of laser and light therapy, micro-needling, dermaplaning, medical grade skincare, and other aesthetic modalities. Alanna’s passion for skin health began as a self-motivated approach to reverse years of sun damage and prevent signs of aging. Her first hand experiences drove her to help others navigate their skin health journey and promote self-care. Alanna easily connects with clients with her warm, inviting personality. She is committed to listening to her clients’ specific aesthetic concerns to tailor a personalized treatment plan. Apart from work, Alanna loves nothing more than spending time with her husband and two teenage boys, especially on outdoor adventures.

Adam has always had a passion for the beauty industry! This enthusiasm led to a dream of working in a salon and spa setting, where he could help others feel great about their skin and appearance. Training at Tony’s Lindsey School of Cosmetology and Esthetics in Bowling Green laid the foundation for over 14 years in the industry. Adam has consistently pursued additional education to expand his services, including chemical peels, dermaplaning, and advanced facial treatments. Eight years ago, he returned to school to obtain his cosmetology license, further broadening his expertise into aesthetics. In his free time, Adam enjoys spending time with his pup, Piper, as well as family and friends. Traveling is another passion!

With five years of experience in aesthetic nursing, Madeline is thrilled to bring her expertise to R+ Med Spa. She earned an Associate of Science degree from Southcentral Kentucky Community and Technical College, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Western Kentucky University. After spending the past five years in Fort Worth, TX, Madeline has returned to her hometown of Bowling Green with her family. She specializes in a variety of treatments, including neurotoxins, RF microneedling, IPL, CO2 laser, laser hair removal, dermal fillers, and medical-grade skincare. Madeline brings a wealth of new skills to our team, ensuring our clients receive the best care and experience possible! Her favorite part of aesthetic nursing is empowering clients to feel beautiful on the outside while boosting their confidence from within. When she’s not in the spa, Madeline enjoys spending time with her husband and son, indulging in a little online shopping therapy, and sipping her iced coffee.

With a passion for education and community, RJ is excited to join the R+ Med Spa team as our new Front Office Coordinator. A proud graduate of Barren County High School, she holds a BA in Spanish-English Education and a 'Teaching English as a Foreign Language' (TEFL) certification. With a strong background in client relations and love for this community, RJ is committed to ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all our clients. At the front desk, your visit will be a 10/10 with her smile and welcoming spirit! Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, participating in church activities, and discovering new destinations through travel.
