Terms and Conditions

1. Services
R+ Med Spa offers aesthetic, wellness, skincare, and related services (“Services”). Services are provided by appropriately licensed, credentialed, or qualified professionals as applicable to the service provided.
Information provided on our website, social media pages, marketing materials, email communications, text messages, or other materials is provided for general informational purposes only. This information is not intended to replace individualized medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
You should consult with an appropriate healthcare professional regarding questions about your health, medical conditions, medications, treatment options, or whether a particular service is appropriate for you.
2. Appointments
Appointments may be scheduled through our website, by telephone, or in person, depending on availability.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow adequate time to complete any necessary registration, consent, or other required paperwork.
Appointment availability is not guaranteed. R+ Med Spa reserves the right to reschedule or cancel an appointment when necessary due to staffing, provider availability, equipment issues, emergencies, safety concerns, or other circumstances.
3. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
If at least 24 hours' notice is not provided, including in the event of a no-show, you may be charged a $100 cancellation fee.
R+ Med Spa reserves the right to require payment of outstanding cancellation or no-show fees before scheduling future appointments.
Exceptions may be considered at the discretion of R+ Med Spa.
4. Payment and Fees
Payment for Services is due at the time of the appointment unless other arrangements have been approved in advance.
Prices for Services, products, packages, and other offerings are subject to change without prior notice.
Please contact R+ Med Spa for current pricing.
You are responsible for payment of all applicable charges associated with Services and products you purchase.
5. Product Returns and Account Credits
In-Store and Online Purchases
We do not accept returns of products that have been opened or used, except where otherwise required by law.
If you are not completely satisfied with an eligible skincare product purchase, please contact R+ Med Spa within three business days of purchase.
We will review and verify the condition of the product. If the product qualifies under this policy, we may provide a credit to your R+ Med Spa account.
The original purchase receipt is required.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact R+ Med Spa as soon as possible.
After verification of the product's condition, we will replace the damaged or defective item with the same item, subject to availability.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, R+ Med Spa is not responsible for the cost of return postage, shipping, or shipping insurance.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
6. Prepaid Services and Service Packages
Prepayments for service packages may be refunded within three business days of purchase, provided that no Services included in the package have been received.
Services that have already been provided are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Once a portion of a service package has been used, the remaining package balance may be subject to the terms applicable to that specific package or promotion.
Promotional pricing, discounts, or other special offers may be subject to additional restrictions communicated at the time of purchase.
7. Medical Information
Before receiving certain Services, you may be required to provide information regarding your medical history and current health status.
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information, including information regarding:
- Allergies
- Medications and supplements
- Medical conditions
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding status, when applicable
- Previous procedures or treatments
- Skin conditions
- Recent illnesses, surgeries, or injuries
- Other health information requested by your provider
You should notify your provider if any of this information changes before receiving additional Services.
Failure to disclose relevant medical information may affect the safety or effectiveness of a Service.
8. Informed Consent
Certain Services require separate treatment-specific informed consent before treatment.
Before receiving a Service, you may be provided information regarding the nature of the treatment, anticipated benefits, potential risks, possible side effects, alternatives, aftercare instructions, and other relevant information.
By proceeding with a Service after completing the applicable consent process, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to ask questions and receive answers regarding the Service.
These Terms do not replace any treatment-specific informed consent form, privacy notice, authorization, or other document required by R+ Med Spa, TJ Regional Health, or applicable law.
9. Treatment Results
Individual results from aesthetic, skincare, wellness, and related Services vary.
R+ Med Spa does not guarantee a particular result, outcome, duration of benefit, or level of satisfaction from any Service.
Results may depend on factors including individual health, skin condition, age, lifestyle, adherence to aftercare instructions, medical history, and other circumstances.
Additional treatments may be recommended to achieve or maintain desired results.
10. Before and Aftercare Instructions
You are responsible for following applicable pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions provided by your R+ Med Spa provider.
Failure to follow these instructions may increase the risk of side effects, complications, or unsatisfactory results.
If you experience unexpected symptoms or have concerns following a treatment, contact R+ Med Spa or seek appropriate medical attention based on the severity of your symptoms.
11. Privacy and Confidentiality
R+ Med Spa and TJ Regional Health are committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of personal information.
Our collection, use, disclosure, and protection of personal information are governed by applicable laws, regulations, privacy notices, and organizational policies.
Please review our applicable Privacy Policy and other privacy notices for additional information regarding how personal information is collected, used, disclosed, and protected.
Nothing in these Terms replaces any applicable Notice of Privacy Practices or other privacy documentation provided to patients or customers.

17. SMS Program Description
R+ Med Spa may offer SMS or text messaging communications.
Depending on the type of consent you provide, messages may include:

18. SMS Opt-In Consent

21. SMS Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of applicable SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to an SMS message from R+ Med Spa.
After your opt-out request is processed, you will no longer receive messages covered by that opt-in unless you subsequently opt in again.
You may receive a final confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out request.

23. Carrier Disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
